Recognition of Overseas Infection

All individuals who have been infected overseas with COVID-19, can get their overseas infection ingested into Singapore Patient Risk Profile Portal (PRPP). This includes Singaporean Citizens (SC), Singapore Permanent Residents (PR), Long-Term Pass Holders (LTPH) (e.g. Long-Term Visitor Pass, Work Permit, Employment Pass, S Pass, Dependent Pass, Student Pass) and Short-Term Pass Holders (STPH). For STPHs, this would only be relevant to those who intend to stay in Singapore for more than 30 days.

Ingestion into PRPP remotely (no serology required) : SGD$40 /nett

For clients who require ingestion of infection records and vaccination records

Ingestion into PRPP + NIR remotely (no serology required) : SGD$70 /nett

Working on Computer

For recovered individuals who requires an ingestion of overseas COVID-19 infection records into Singapore Singapore MOH database via Patient Risk Profile Portal (PRPP), these are the documents required.

We will ingest the records remotely once we are able to verify the overseas infection memo or recovery certificates.

A discharge memo or recovery certificate issued by a foreign authority or foreign medical practitioner indicating the confirmation of the COVID-19 infection of the patient through either of the following:

  • a positive test result from a PCR test administered outside Singapore; OR

  • a positive test result from an ART supervised or administered outside Singapore; OR

  • a positive test result from a serology test administered outside Singapore that is not attributable to the administration of any vaccine against a COVID-19 infection

* For avoidance of doubt a positive test result from a self-administered ART outside Singapore or one that is not certified may only be accepted after that patient has obtained a positive test result from a serology test administered in Singapore that is not attributable to the administration of any vaccine against a COVID-19 infection.
